So you might have heard of this sweet extreme frisbee team Los, but did you know we also had a Facebook group to go along with it? Los group on Facebook is at least as awesome as the team, and yet some of our own teammates resist joining because they have Facebook-phobia…which is stupid. If it was crappy Myspace I could understand, but Facebook rules.
